Affordable Home Furnishings in the United States is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Representative to join a family-owned company that promotes from within. The role blends customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving with a clear path to management.

You will help customers choose furniture and electronics, build relationships in-store and in the community, and manage payments by phone and field visits.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the field.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love.
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community.
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections by phone and field visits.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup.
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions.
• Load and unload merchandise.
• Support daily store operations and team goals.
