This hands-on role combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving with daily tasks to advance into store management for motivated team members.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love.
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community.
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup.
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions.
• Load and unload merchandise.
• Support daily store operations and team goals.
