Affordable Home Furnishings is hiring a Sales & Customer Success Representative in Natchez, MS. The role blends customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem‑solving to support everyday store operations and promote growth within the company.

The position offers a path to advancement into store management, with a focus on helping customers and communities, including in-person and field interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Willing to work in-store and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they’ll love.
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community.
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections by phone and field visits.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup.
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions.
• Load and unload merchandise.
• Support daily store operations and team goals.

This is a hands‑on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem‑solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they’ll love

Schedule

Typically around 45 hours per week:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
