Naturescape is hiring a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative at our Atlanta, GA location. You will handle customer inquiries, nurture relationships, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience in a family-owned environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive mindset, and willingness to learn, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. Work hours typically Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm, in‑person at the Atlanta branch.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills over phone and email.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and guiding customers.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the role.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and emails; provide helpful solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities to meet customer needs.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Process daily mail and support branch operations.
• Reconnect with customers in winter to prepare for the season.
