Job summary

Naturescape, a family-owned lawn and landscape care company based in Appleton, WI, is hiring a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative at our Appleton branch. No experience is required; training is provided. The role focuses on helping customers, building relationships, and driving sales in a close-knit team.

Typical hours are Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., with benefits including 401K match, health/dental/vision, PTO, and opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)

• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale

• Willing to learn the rest of the role

Responsibilities

• Check customer emails and voicemails in the morning and respond with care
• Identify sales opportunities to fulfill customer needs and aspirations
• Build long-term relationships to help customers create a lawn and landscape haven
• Assist with branch operations, including processing small mail tasks
• Reconnect with customers during winter to prep for the season ahead
