Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or equivalents.
• Excellent MS Office, ERP systems and Power BI skills.
• Strong organization and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Director and Director of Sales with various sales and marketing activities.
• Develop sales documents and presentations, including POS materials and brochures, PowerPoints and related materials.
• Ensure leads are reviewed, qualified, routed, and progressed through defined processes.
• Conduct market research and assist in directing sales and marketing for Foodservice and Retail.
• Assist customers with new product inquiries, shipments of samples, marketing information, and complaints processes.
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations; Coordinate customer meetings.
• Compose and post online content on company website and social media accounts.
• Daily administrative tasks to support department operations.
• Provide support to other groups as needed.
