Job summary

Rite Stuff Foods, Inc. is seeking a National Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships with major foodservice and retail customers across the United States.

You will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role requires at least 5 years in sales within foodservice or retail, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, and a track record of driving growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in foodservice or retail channels.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate professional relationships with key customers within foodservice and retail markets.
• Work with customers to offer valuable solutions which grow sales.
• Manage all customer initiatives and needs and develop sales documents and presentations (POS materials, brochures, pamphlets, PowerPoint).
• Develop and manage customer forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) to achieve objectives.
• Submit accurate bids/tenders and understand packaging configurations and pallet patterns.
• Collaborate with production planning, logistics, and finance to ensure orders are received, planned, and paid on time.
• Develop new customers, maintain CRM tracking, support customer events, meetings, and product sampling.
