Job summary

Massage Envy Middletown is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate to welcome clients, schedule services, answer calls, and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program. You will grow and retain a member base by connecting guests with services and retail products.

You will drive member retention, educate clients on total body care, and work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providingoutstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
• Promotingthe value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Drivingmember retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
