Job summary

Massage Envy Shrewsbury is seeking a part-time Sales & Customer Service Associate with experience to join Lakeway Commons location. You will educate clients on services, promote the Wellness Program, and help grow the client base while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role offers a healthy hourly wage of $17–$19, with benefits for eligible associates and a flexible schedule. Training is provided to ensure you thrive in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service with proven sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and selling the Wellness Program.
• Book clients for future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Grow and retain a client base in-person and via phone/email outreach.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.

Qualified Candidates:

• Previous minimum 6 months of customer service AND proven sales experience
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
