Job summary

Massage Envy Metuchen is seeking enthusiastic teammates to deliver Total Body Care through friendly service, effective sales, and growth of our member base.

As part of the team you will greet clients, educate them on services, book appointments for future visits, process payments, and promote the Wellness Program while keeping a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and guest relations.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future appointments.
• Assist with scheduling, phone/email inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
