Job summary

Massage Envy Carmel Mountain is seeking team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients on services, book appointments, and guide them toward the Wellness Program and homecare purchases, helping grow the client base.

The role offers flexible hours across full-time and part-time shifts, with opportunities to learn and advance in a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; promote retail purchases based on provider recommendations.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
