Job summary

Massage Envy Carmel Mountain is seeking a customer service associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support wellness journeys.

You will greet clients, educate them on services, book appointments, process payments, and engage in phone/email outreach to grow our client base. A supportive team environment and flexible shifts are offered to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Strong math and computer skills for everyday tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program; book future services and promote homecare retail.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and respond to questions to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
