LKQ Corporation seeks motivated individuals to join our sales and customer service team in Aurora, CO. Starting pay is $20/hr with growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a supportive environment.

You will promote LKQ products, assist customers with parts, pricing, warranties, and delivery times, and process orders while maintaining accurate records. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong math and basic computer skills for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales of new and existing LKQ products and provide customer service.
• Provide information on warranties, price, part quality, delivery times.
• Process orders, perform order entry, verify pricing and shipping data.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up with customers and handle returns or credits as needed.

Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!Starting pay $20/hrResponsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.Essential Job DutiesProvide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.).Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).Follow-up with customers as needed.Assume other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNot responsible for supervising employees.Minimum RequirementsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED1+ years of related experience requiredPreferred RequirementsCollege coursework or degree.Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.Bilingual English/Spanish.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Basic computer skills.Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
