Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Florida is seeking a customer-focused team member to generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing parts, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will evaluate customer needs, answer questions on parts, pricing, warranties, and services, and support transactions from quotes to invoicing.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers, accuracy in order processing, and clear communication on pricing, delivery times, and substitutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years related automotive experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when not available.
• Process orders – entry, pricing checks, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
