Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in a full-time, store-based role. The position emphasizes sales growth through rental agreements, top-tier customer service and hands-on delivery and installation of products in customers homes or stores.

You will lead merchandising, ensure a clean, welcoming store, and drive a winning sales culture with a focus on service and quality of life improvements for customers. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state drivers license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white glove service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely loading/unloading and installation of products, following handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
