This flexible, floater position supports sales teams across multiple showroom buildings, helping customers navigate selections and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and seamless experience from start to finish.

• Support sales teams across multiple showroom buildings based on business and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or other customer-facing experience required; furniture or design-related sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and showroom environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently.
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with ERP and POS systems preferred.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
