Job summary

Green Front Furniture in Farmville, VA seeks a Sales Customer Experience Associate to join our showroom teams. This floater role supports multiple showroom buildings, helping customers navigate selections with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and seamless experience from start to finish.

You will engage customers, understand space and style needs, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment, and collaborate with team members to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or other customer-facing experience required; furniture or design-related sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and showroom environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with ERP and POS systems preferred.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.

This flexible, floater position supports sales teams across multiple showroom buildings, helping customers navigate selections and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable, and seamless experience from start to finish.
