Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-stocked, organized store. You will engage customers, answer questions, and promote current events and promotions to drive sales.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge via on‑the‑job training.
