Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices.
• Good communicator, able to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, acknowledging them immediately and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
• Promote store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, offering alternative solutions and exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding merchandise restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store and company objectives.
