Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.

You will engage customers, answer questions, and help with product recommendations in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining stock levels, and supporting promotions while working a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities
