Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and keep the floor well-stocked and merchandise organized.

You will handle checkout with cash registers and handheld/mobile devices, participate in promotions, and work with the team to meet store goals. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required and on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and guiding them to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions when possible.
