Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours to showcase lifestyle and services.

What You'll Do

As our Sales Counselor, you'll play a key role in maintaining occupancy by connecting with prospective residents and families throughout their decision-making journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct community tours that showcase our exceptional lifestyle and services
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, handwritten notes, and in-person visits
• Meet and exceed occupancy and sales goals through effective prospect management
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, churches, senior organizations, and other community partners
• Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, civic organizations, and outreach activities
• Plan and deliver presentations to referral sources and community groups
• Coordinate marketing initiatives including newsletters, advertising, and public relations efforts
• Maintain accurate prospect records using the community CRM system
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and occupancy reports
• Assist with marketing plans and community events
• Work closely with community leadership to create an exceptional experience for every prospective resident and family
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales or marketing experience
• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales experience is highly preferred
• Strong networking, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile liability insurance
