Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Sales Coordinator Supervisor to lead a team of coordinators in Rowlett, TX, ensuring accurate order processing, pricing, and scheduling. You will monitor metrics, coach staff, and collaborate with departments to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience and an associate degree. Travel up to 5% may be needed, with a focus on timely invoicing and accurate costing.

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Associate degree required; non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
• Occasional travel (0-5%)
• Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and assist coordinators with beginner, intermediate, and complex issues.
• Provide training to coordinators and continually seek ways to advance their skills and capabilities.
• Evaluate and anticipate team’s work volume and assign work accordingly.
• Monitor coordinators’ work for accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
• Review, modify, develop, and implement office support operating procedures to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with Accounting, Tax, Audit & Legal departments.
• Running and maintaining reports for new key metrics such as Days on Inventory and Days Sales Outstanding.
• Work with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales order status and inventory for timely and accurate invoicing.
• Order equipment and ensure accuracy in specifications, pricing, delivery, and costing.
• Responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing direct reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
