Job summary

Palm Harbor Homes in Lafayette, TN is seeking a Sales Coordinator in training to support management with sales operations. You will prepare, arrange, and coordinate sales-related events and projects, and draft presentations and proposals for prospective customers.

You will also generate, maintain, and update sales reports and prospective client lists, contributing to efficient sales workflows and client communications. This is a training-forward role with hands-on exposure to sales processes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or relevant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning/organizational abilities; prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Adaptability to change and competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Publisher.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Processes sales orders, updates and creates work orders, and maintains internal sales tracking systems.
• Answers and makes sales calls.
• Processes orders, invoices, and contracts.
• Creates and maintains sales kits and sends requested materials.
• May arrange travel for various departments.
