Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Field and ISG Sales teams. You will coordinate new construction service installation orders and scheduling to ensure timely service delivery.

The role is on-site four days a week with one remote day; an associate degree is preferred, with experience in office environments and proficiency in SAP, DOJM, Fieldbook, ESRI, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or greater preferred, but not necessary.
• Experience in an office environment with the ability to work with the public on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Input all necessary data in SAP, DOJM, Design Manager and Fieldbook systems. Ensure all necessary paperwork is processed so the customers receive service in a timely manner and reports are kept up to date.
• Take incoming calls from builders and contractors and direct as needed. Communicate with builders to schedule service installations and set up new accounts.
• Assist area sales with customer contact as it pertains to customer follow up, canvassing, direct mail & telemarketing. Respond to customer complaints and other customer issues.
