Job summary

The Lodge at Torrey Pines, part of Evans Hotels Llc, seeks a Sales Coordinator to assist the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with a range of confidential administrative duties.

You will support the sales team, organize the office, maintain client databases in iVvy, and prepare contracts and proposals while ensuring accurate logging of activities. Weekend/holiday availability is required and professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Experience dealing with the public is preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Maintain a friendly, team-oriented, professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
• Answer phone efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate and organize the sales office and supplies.
• Log sales activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate and implement new procedures; support hotel contact with program provider.
• Create and maintain client database in iVvy.
• Prepare memorandums and assist with timely submission of contracts and proposals.
