Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service, sales support,Inside sales or operations coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary coordinator for assigned Account Executives and manage opportunities from inquiry through completion.
• Coordinate quotations with Inside Sales, Operations and Purchasing, and follow up on opportunities.
• Track customer requests and communicate order status, delivery schedules, and service updates.
• Coordinate internal communication across departments to ensure customer requests reach the right teams.
• Assist Account Executives with scheduling, follow-up and administrative support to maximize customer-facing time.
• Maintain complete, accurate customer accounts and documentation within CRM/ERP systems.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service and consistent communication throughout projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support SOP development.
