Job summary

First Hospitality seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving revenue and client satisfaction goals. You will assist with proposals, contracts, BEOs, and lead distribution, while entering bookings and maintaining file accuracy.

You will collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare promotional materials, organize events, and manage daily operational tasks in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 at an intermediate level.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, and assign electronic leads as directed.
• Enter group bookings and event space in the property’s Sales & Catering system.
• Create master SRPs for rates codes, groups and miscellaneous tasks.
• Create, update, and maintain sales & catering files.
• Distribute mail, order, and maintain an inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain adequate phone coverage as defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Produce accurate and timely reports for Director of Sales & Marketing and management.
• Assist in developing promotional materials and maintain digital assets.
• Support in producing the hotel’s employee newsletter and related collateral.
