You will post jobs, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and collaborate with payroll, onboarding, and accounting to resolve issues onsite. You’ll manage VMS records and ensure compliance while delivering a top-notch candidate experience.

The role emphasizes reporting, metrics, and clear communication to drive sales initiatives and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or recruiting support preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset to build strong relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS (Bullhorn) is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to complete day-to-day staffing activities for CSI’s established clients.
• Facilitate the candidate placement process, including creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and obtaining feedback.
• Collaborate with payroll, onboarding, and accounting to resolve issues.
• Ensure candidate activity in the VMS is accurate and compliant with regulations and CSI guidelines.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through fast and accurate communication and timecard handling.
• Provide reporting and metrics for sales teams to support sales initiatives.
• Present ideas with confidence to teammates or stakeholders.
