Responsibilities

• Be the engine behind the sales team: support Sales Managers and Sales Professionals through paperwork, tracking, follow-ups and all.
• Own the details: prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery: locate equipment, place inventory orders, track deliveries, coordinate logistics with yard/service teams.
• Be the go-to for systems and reporting: record sales activity, monitor reports, clear GL items, support inventory processes.
• Support financing and manufacturer programs: review finance documents and stay updated on programs and incentives.
• Partner across the operation: work with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to ensure smooth deals.
