Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with inquiries, order entry, pricing maintenance, and account coordination. This is an entry‑level role designed to develop a long‑term career in sales and supply chain.

You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Credit, suppliers, and other teams to ensure accurate, timely customer service and learn our systems and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, order requests, and information requests timely and accurately.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders in company systems.
• Coordinate order activity, changes, acknowledgments, and shipment updates.
• Assist with RMA, RA, and quality‑related processes as needed.
• Support portals, scorecards, forecasts, and account requirements.
