Job summary

Zuern Building Products & Design Center is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator in Delafield. You will support Account Managers, process quotations and orders, coordinate schedules, and communicate with customers and vendors to move projects forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• Vocational degree in Business or related field, or 2+ years in building materials preferred.
• Ability to understand blueprints and building material terminology.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Enter quotation and order requests into the POS system accurately.
• Set up new job accounts and maintain job-specific pricing.
• Review and verify order acknowledgements.
• Assist Account Managers with all aspects of the sales process.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability, shipping dates, and updates.
• Conduct showroom product selection meetings with customers.
• Provide occasional material take-offs for smaller projects.
• Perform field measurements for windows and millwork projects as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal team members to stay on schedule.
• Stay current on vendor pricing and product knowledge.
• Use company software and vendor systems to support daily responsibilities.
• Assist customers at the service counter as needed.
• Review and resolve open orders and quotations.
• Follow up with customers and Account Managers on quotes and status.
• Maintain high accuracy with multiple priorities and deadlines.
