Job summary

The Sales Coordinator role in Bozeman oversees the hotel's sales operations for the Courtyard Bozeman, Residence Inn Downtown, SpringHill Suites, and Wandering Buffalo. Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will review, coordinate, and implement group and meeting functions while ensuring client needs are met.

Starting hourly rate is $20.00 to $23.00 plus gratuities, with potential for additional bi-weekly income.

• Create print collateral for the property including sales sheets, signage, and menus.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and respond to questions by phone and email.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and competitors’ facilities, services, amenities, and meeting space.
• Maintain accurate records and files to provide group history and ensure current quality service.
• Assist sales team by maintaining group files and deposits per contract due dates.

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for directly overseeing the hotel's sales operation for the Courtyard, Residence Inn Downtown, SpringHill Suites, and Wandering Buffalo. In close collaboration with the Director of Sales, this position plays a crucial role in reviewing, coordinating, and implementing various group and meeting functions.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and competitors’ facilities, services, amenities, and meeting space
• Maintain accurate, legible records and files to provide group history, ensure future and current quality service and enhance prospects.
