Job summary

Level5 Hospitality's Courtyard Bozeman is seeking a part-time Sales Coordinator to oversee the hotel's sales operations for the Courtyard Bozeman, Residence Inn Downtown, SpringHill Suites, and Wandering Buffalo. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to coordinate group and meeting functions and drive guest experience.

Responsibilities include soliciting new business, managing meeting room reservations, creating sales collateral, and serving as the primary contact for clients by phone

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guestrooms, meeting space.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate the guest’s request with other departments.
• Responsible for managing all meeting room reservations and coordinating details with other departments including group agreements and set-up of meeting room.
• Create print collateral for the property including sales sheets, signage, and menus.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and competitors’ facilities, services, amenities, and meeting space.
• Maintain accurate, legible records and files to provide group history, ensure future and current quality service and enhance prospects.
• Assist sales team by maintaining group files, filing important documents, and ensuring deposits are collected per contract due dates.

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for directly overseeing the hotel's sales operation for the Courtyard, Residence Inn Downtown, SpringHill Suites, and Wandering Buffalo. In close collaboration with the Director of Sales, this position plays a crucial role in reviewing, coordinating, and implementing various group and meeting functions.

Hourly Rate: Starting wage- $20.00 - $23.00 + Gratuities * additional bi- weekly income potential.
