Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
ROOFCORP® is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Pacific Southwest sales. You’ll ensure timely proposals, accurate records, and organized follow‑ups, working with the Anaheim field team and our Seattle manager. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and steady collaboration across offices.
You should have 2+ years in related roles, strong Excel/Word, and a keen eye for deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish and CRM familiarity are a plus.
We have been repairing, restoring, and replacing commercial flat roofs since 1985. We specialize in TPO, built-up roofing, and silicone restoration for building owners and property managers across California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. We are a family-run company, now in our fourth decade, with offices in Anaheim, Seattle, and Bogotá, Colombia. Many of our people have been with us for twenty years or more. We operate on a simple standard: do honest work, do it right, and take care of the customer. Quality here is personal, not a department.
The Sales Coordinator is the hub of our Pacific Southwest sales operation. Our estimators are out on roofs and our sales team is in front of customers - you are the person who makes sure nothing behind them falls through the cracks. Proposals go out on time, bids get submitted before the deadline, follow-ups actually happen, and our customer records stay accurate. This is a visible role with real ownership. You will work directly with our Anaheim field team, our Sales Manager in Seattle, and our back office in Bogotá. If you are organized, you like deadlines, and you take pride in catching mistakes before anyone else does, you will do well here.
Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with CRM systems or construction bid platforms such as BuildingConnected, iSqFt, Procore, or PlanHub. Experience serving commercial property management customers.
Commercial roofing is a long game. A building owner may sit on a proposal for a season, and there are roofs we have tracked for two or three years before the work came to us. We do not believe in putting a person on commission only and letting them go hungry while a relationship matures. Our people are paid a steady wage first. That is deliberate - it lets you do the patient, thorough work this business actually rewards, without pressure to chase the quick sale.
We are a forty-year-old company, not a startup. The work is steady, the team backs each other up, and you will know exactly what is expected of you. We promote from within, and several of our leaders started in support roles.
