Job summary

ROOFCORP® is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Pacific Southwest sales. You’ll ensure timely proposals, accurate records, and organized follow‑ups, working with the Anaheim field team and our Seattle manager. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and steady collaboration across offices.

You should have 2+ years in related roles, strong Excel/Word, and a keen eye for deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in sales coordination, project administration, estimating support, or inside sales support.
• Construction, roofing, or a skilled trade is a strong plus, but training is available.
• Excellent written English for communications with owners and managers.
• Strong Excel and Word skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Genuine attention to detail; accuracy matters for deadlines and addresses.
• Reliable on-site attendance, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; associate degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming leads, service calls, and bid invitations accurately the same day.
• Build proposals and roof condition reports from estimator notes and photos.
• Ensure documents are clean, professional, and error-free before reaching customers.
• Track the bid board: due dates, addenda, plan-room submittals, and prequalification packets.
• Schedule roof inspections and estimator appointments, optimizing field time.
• Follow up on open proposals on a set schedule and keep the pipeline current.
• Maintain customer and project records: contacts, insurance, W-9s, vendor portal registrations.
• Produce a weekly pipeline and activity report for the Sales Manager.
