Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Sugarcreek, OH is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the manufacturing facility team. The role supports the Sales Manager and field sales staff with daily operations, order processing, and marketing programs.

You will manage dealer communications, update product photos and options, assist with meetings, and handle routine paperwork while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen with daily operations and marketing/sales programs.
• Take overflow calls for Zone Managers and process orders or changes as needed.
• Maintain and update home photos, options, and dealer/seller information on websites and schematics.
• Coordinate Foundation and Retail meetings and handle department correspondence.
• Monitor accounts receivable for past-due monies and report issues to Sales Manager.

Good Life Begins with a Good Company! Champion Homes is seeking to hire a Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Sugarcreek, OH manufacturing facility of Skyline Homes!

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary:

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.


• When Salesmen not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.


• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.


• Keeps photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.


• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.


• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.


• Checks accounts receivable for past-due monies. Reports problems to the Sales Manager.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
