• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Communicate with internal and external customers and staff.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Create and update records and databases.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Provide administrative tasks ensuring the rest of the sales staff has adequate support to workefficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES
