Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our merchandising and marketing efforts. You will help optimize stock, execute planograms, display new products, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role also involves cycle counts, pricing, signage, and occasional receipts balancing, with opportunities for training and growth within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues professionally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management.
• Plans and implements product presentations with signage and pricing.
• Display new products and dispose of discontinued products per markdown program.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
