Camping World in Bartow, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive product knowledge sales. You will lead the department, mentor colleagues, and actively promote warranty sales and Good Sam memberships.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. This is a full-time position with opportunities for commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous Retail experience preferred
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
• May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
