Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead and mentor teammates, promote warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships, and maintain store appearance while assisting with stocking and housekeeping duties. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every shopper.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
