Job summary

Peachtree Group in Rock Wall, NM seeks a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking meeting and event spaces and to support the sales and marketing team. You will coordinate with hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events run smoothly.

As the primary client contact by phone and email, you will answer inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, and services, and help prepare proposals and reports to keep client projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.

A Hotel Sales Coordinator assists clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces, supporting the efforts of the team within his/her department as well as providing services directly to the client. The coordinator also works with various hotel departments, as well as with outside vendors, to ensure that events and meetings run smoothly.
