Camping World in Utah is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support store operations and drive sales through effective merchandising and customer service. You will assist in inventory planning, coordinate presentations, and maintain plan-o-grams while ensuring accurate signage and pricing.

This full-time role involves answering phones, assisting customers, and balancing daily receipts. Prior merchandising experience is preferred; excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management.
• Plans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricing.
• Promptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Maintain company assigned plan-o-grams accurately.
• Answers phones and assists customers.
• May balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card payments.
• May cross train to perform other duties.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
