Camping World in New Hampshire is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong product knowledge for selling. You will lead department activities, mentor colleagues, and promote warranty and Good Sam memberships while maintaining store appearance and participating in cross-training.

The role requires flexible evening/weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends.
• May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
