Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our growing team. The role focuses on increasing sales through effective merchandising, inventory support, and customer service while ensuring accurate planograms and product presentations.

The position emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. The compensation includes a commission-based component with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience as Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
  • Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
