Peachtree Group is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in arranging meetings and events. This role acts as the main liaison between clients, hotel departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless planning and execution of group business.

The position involves handling inquiries, coordinating internal communications, and assisting with proposals and reports to drive revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings or events, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client/bookers questions about facility/services (hours, rates, rooms, packages, promotions).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, and coordinate details with clients & suppliers.

The Hotel Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team while assisting clients with booking meeting and event spaces. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, hotel departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless planning and execution of meetings, events, and group business. The Hotel Sales Coordinator plays an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting revenue-generating sales initiatives.

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
