Salary Range: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the Sales Department by managing inquiries and reservations, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless booking execution.
The Sales Coordinator will handle client inquiries, coordinate rooms-only groups, and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between Sales and hotel operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous experience in sales support, event coordination, or hospitality is preferred.
In this position, you may also be required to perform Front Desk Agent duties as needed to support daily hotel operations and provide exceptional guest service.
