Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team. You will answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, set up calls with the Sales & Catering Manager, send packages, and provide general information to guests.

You will also create monthly lead recaps, assist in drafting contracts and estimates, prepare Sales & Catering kits, manage office supplies, and keep the Sales System updated after events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and qualify inquiries.
