Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the Business Development Southeast territory team, delivering their expertise with high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates for this role will have a self-starter mindset, enabling them to effectively contribute to growth across several brands offering pet insurance as part of the Independence Pet Group’s (IPG) employee benefits portfolio.

Job Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales opportunities and existing accounts using Zoho CRM.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Generate new leads leveraging various web tools, including ZoomInfo and Benefit Flow.
  • Occasionally host webinars with agents and clients.
  • Appoint agents following state-specific laws.

Knowledge & Skills

  • A sense of urgency to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly in a high-volume, task-oriented environment without compromising accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members across departments.
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge about several IPG brands.

Required Education & Experience

  • Proficiency with PC-based tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
