Daikin Applied is seeking a Sales Coordinator II position who will be in charge of assisting the operations team with daily activity within the repair, build and maintenance process. This role will be responsible for compiling data, analysis of data to streamline processes. This role will be responsible for activities associated with operations support, fleet management, customer service, and administrative functions that support the rental operations team. What you will do:

  • Work with Technician Supervisor in scheduling and dispatching of Technicians for jobs (Start ups/repairs, warranty, maintenance)
  • Handles customer inquiries and routes questions of technical nature to the appropriate resource. Maintains professional and courteous customer contact
  • Maintains communication with customers regarding scheduling for delivery and return
  • Coordinates warranty/maintenance repairs administration process within Alliance Platform
  • Project Management on Rental builds
  • Ensures timely close-out on all work orders and associated paperwork (P.O., etc.) is received and filed with the proper job using Alliance Platform

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2 to 4 years experience in a coordinator role
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications or business-related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking software
  • Experience with Alliance Platform
  • Related experience working with sales reps

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from$66,000- $97,000 in the US . The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
